- If the item has been previously powder coated, it will be chemically stripped before being washed
- Blasted to give a perfect key for powder coating
We can also offer a service of just blasting

Our powder coating service includes
- We start the process by blasting
- Powder is applied by electrostatic process
- It is then baked in the oven until cured as per manufacturers instructions
- Once it has been in the oven is it checked precisely
- Rubbed back, re coated and another cycle in the oven
Customers can then enjoy their newly powder coated item.
