Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
At Malc's motorbike spares we ship our smaller products with royal mail. For bigger products we will ship with a different courier to ensure your needs are met. All products will be packaged accordingly to ensure they are not damaged. For smaller products such as Cables will be shipped in padded large letter envelopes. For slightly larger products such as Oil filters, will be sent in protected small boxes. Shipping cost does vary between Letters 1st Class Signed For from £2.60 and Small parcels Tracked 24 from £4.15. Prices for larger items will also vary. You will be informed of the tracking number via email. We aim to make the shipping process as easy as possible for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Malc's motorbike spares we have a flexible return and exchange policy. this includes if you change your mind about the product you have bought, then it needs to be returned within 7 days of arrival. However, you will need to pay for postage back to us. If product or packaging is damaged we ill not be able to accept the return of the product. If you are dissatisfied with the product then please contact us within 7 days after arrival otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund. With regards to refunds, if you have had the wrong product delivered, or if it is damaged then you will need to contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence to receive a refund. If you contacted us for a refund we will send you a refund form which will have to be filled out before we can agree to your request of a refund.
